Taryn takes great pride in the role she has played on her clients’ journeys to live their ultimate lives. Here are a few of their stories and what they had to say about Taryn’s coaching:

Rita, in Illinois,is establishing her own life coaching business while balancing her relationship with her adult children and moving towards a healthier lifestyle.

Rita says:

Taryn supported me very well. She was always very present and encouraging. Over the course of the sessions my focus for the sessions changed and covered many topics and Taryn was consistently warm, supportive and encouraging.

She is generous in her praise of my efforts. She went out of her way to come up with practical suggestions and information for the various topics we discussed which included information on the significance of colors in marketing; information on personal branding; tips on building an appropriate wardrobe; suggestions on improving diet and exercise plans and many more topics. No matter what the topic, Taryn always worked hard to support me and help me to find the answers I needed.


Rhonda, in Wisconsin, is establishing her own business. After years of working for others, Rhonda needed to find time to create a healthier body and mind while adjusting to the rigors of being an entrepreneur.

Rhonda says:

I wanted to achieve a permanent perspective shift concerning exercise and to learn to actually enjoy doing it instead of constantly avoiding it. Specifically, I wanted Taryn to hold me accountable to working out and to keep me motivated when I hit a wall, didn’t feel like continuing on and would rather sit in front of the television eating junk food than work out one more time. As my focus for the coaching sessions was creating and maintaining a fitness program, Taryn was always there to make sure that I kept to my exercise commitments. She also was very helpful when I had questions on topics such as proper nutrition, effective methods of working out and how I could stay motivated when was I struggling.

Through Taryn’s help and encouragement, I was able to set a goal of participating in the Idita-Walk where you had to walk 30 minutes a day for 35 days for a total of 1,050 minutes (roughly the length of the Iditarod race in Alaska). I finished the walk two weeks ago ending with a total of 1,060 minutes which was exciting for me, especially for someone who hasn’t competed in anything since she was a sophomore in high school. So, THANK YOU Taryn for that!


Ros , in New Zealand, is a busy working mother, adjusting to the demands of working from home while managing a a household and making time for her husband, children and health.Ros came to me seeking assistance with time management and office organization issues.

Ros says:

Taryn had a good toolbox of strategies I could use to help me reach my goals as well as sharing from her own experiences. She listened well and picked up on my red flags! Her questions were well thought out. Taryn had a very calm approach to coaching, was very open to hearing my views and acknowledged my achievements regularly.
